R. LeAnn Sedlacek, PA-C
LeAnn brings nearly 25 years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant, with a background in internal medicine and cardiology. That foundation gives her a clear view of how hormonal and metabolic changes affect symptoms, long-term health, and quality of life when they go unrecognized or unaddressed. Her approach is individualized and clinically grounded. She stays closely engaged with evolving evidence and treatment options, with an emphasis on what is genuinely meaningful for a particular patient rather than a standard regimen. Care may include hormone and non-hormone approaches, with attention to cardiometabolic health, symptom response, risk factors, and coordination with other clinicians when appropriate. This work is also personal. Having experienced both perimenopause and surgical menopause, LeAnn understands the physical, emotional, and practical challenges that can accompany this transition — and brings that perspective to helping women feel informed, supported, and confident in their care.
