R. LeAnn Sedlacek, PA-C
Menopause and Midlife Health
LeAnn brings more than 25 years of clinical experience in internal medicine, including extensive experience in cardiology, to the care of women navigating perimenopause, menopause, surgical menopause, and midlife hormonal changes.
Her approach looks beyond isolated symptoms to consider the broader clinical picture: hormonal changes, sleep, mood, focus and memory, sexual and genitourinary health, bone health, weight, metabolic health, and cardiovascular risk.
Care is individualized and may include hormone and nonhormone treatment options, weight and metabolic management, lifestyle strategies, monitoring, and coordination with your established healthcare team when appropriate.
